Accountability starts with the officer of the rig. Take the tag off the back of your helmet and place it on the rig. I have never been a fan of putting on my face piece before arrival it causes tunnel vision.

How in the fudge do you have your PASS in alarm mode going into the damn structure? The thing went off, got worse, kept alarming, and I presume stopped when the batteries died. It started off strong with the hose coming off the rig but quickly went back the the Lake Station that we all know.

At first i wondered why the chief is stretching, then i saw the fat a$$ get off the rig. What a disgrace to be that big. Ok Ok he may be a worker and strong, but who is strong enough to pull him out if he gets in trouble, and sadly we have guys like that here and as strong as they are they never last long.
And yes chief thanks for pulling the line to the door, but you have on no pack. Put one on and get in there or get the eff out of the ingress/egress path!

Since Its a white hat getting out of the front seat I can assume this is one of those departments where a white hat is given to company officers as well. Someone kick the white helmet in the door way, tell him to get a mask on and get out of the one and only vent hole.
Funny slogan here.

Ahh Lake Station, you never fail to make everyone else roll their eyes and make the rest look like pros! I think it's time for Ed (mabas21) and that department to find a new hobby!

Why where they not in Firefighter Rescue mode? Did I not hear PASS alarms? Not the occasional "I took off my pack and forgot to reset" but a constant alarm.... after all is that not what the PASS device is for?!?!?!
