Ah, effective ventilation...

On another note, it appears to be a veteran/officer directing a probie on the vent.. that looks like some excellent on the job instruction going on.

For accuracy's sake....

That was not OKCFD.  By the looks of the helmets, I would guess either Moore, Ok. and or possibly Midwest City, Ok.  Both of these departments are in the larger OKC metro area and are bordering cities.

I think Moore because of the white hat at the tip of the ladder.  Moore officers wear white lids I think.

Both stand-up departments with lots of good firemen.

This was not OKCFD though, our truckies are born with saws in hand and are usually pulled from the bowels of Hades in a C-section.  Though this did look like a first cut learning experience (and well executed might I add.)

Its nice to see Oklahoma represent though.  Good video.

Hey somebody tell that last guy that It says Midwest City at the top of the screen at the start of the video.  Sheesh!

Since it is MWCFD I have to say that they see a lot of fires and are pretty salty.

Very cool point of view.  Not often you get to see such a clear aerial view of a roof cut.  Executed with precision...nice job boys!

As a person that went to college at Oklahoma State, and a college buddy is a midwest city firefighter, it's nice to see them doing a bang up job.

that's a good officer too that will be right next to the young gun giving guidance.  As a younger firefighter myself I appreciate those officers that take the time to teach while at the same time getting the job done and done right.

excellent training video.

I thought they did good, looked like a good fire to take the time and teach the new guy. Having said that: If this was a really rippin fire where time was essential, they would have needed to move way faster then that. Just my opinion...

Yeah, great job by all!  Seems like those folks really have their stuff together... the firefighter worked hard and listened, and the officers really cared to help and to train.  I'm a young firefighter, too, and it's definitely appreciated on our end when we get that kind of chance.

Great job. Nice to see a officer have time to have a teaching moment. That something that the firefighter will remember for the rest of his career.
